This is Roger, Joe's awesome step-dad. We celebrated his birthday recently but because I'm slackin' I'm only just now posting pictures. We enjoyed a yummy dinner, carrot cake and then we all sat down to watch UP. 
Roger plays the drums and the kids were jammin' out with him!
