Well, this year there are several things I've learned about the Easter egg dying process. First I think this is now one of those activities that may require prayer for patience, cooperation and for everyone to have fun...but especially for patience. Second, READ the instructions (*ahem* Joe)for the glitter egg kit or avoid the glitter egg kit all together (my fault, next year it's gonna be simple dye no frills). And third if your almost 2 year old HAS to be involved go ahead and accept the fact that she will touch everything, repeatedly. I'll go ahead and add a fourth, a question...why do we dye eggs? Better yet why do we hide them?
Jesus is coming, hurry up and hide all the eggs!!This is what you get when you ask Abby to be serious.

Abby really wanted to hold her egg.
Mark's FAVORITE color is orange.

The eggs actually didn't turn out bad at all. Everyone was happy with their color and amount of glitter. I think the Easter Bunny will be quite impressed.

They look pretty! After I saw the picture and your comment on the facebook last night, I ran downstairs and dyed eggs for ourselves. I don't know why I totally forgot about it, we used to do it in Armenia. Thanks for the reminder!
